Terms of Service

OkCA is a technology platform operated by OKCA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. It is not a Chartered Accountant firm, does not hold a Certificate of Practice, and does not itself provide any tax, accounting, audit or compliance service. Those services are provided by the independent CA and tax-professional firms who list and deliver them using OkCA's software.

Whether you hold an account as a firm's staff or as a client of a firm, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. A firm's own account starts in a pending state and is reviewed by OkCA before it is listed in the directory or reachable by clients.

When you start an order or engagement with a firm through OkCA, that engagement — its scope, its fee, and its delivery — is a contract between you and that firm, not with OkCA. OkCA provides the storefront, ordering, document and communication infrastructure; it does not review, guarantee or take responsibility for the professional work a firm performs.

Firms appear in random order, reshuffled on every visit. OkCA does not rank, rate, recommend or compare firms, and a firm's commercial terms with OkCA have no bearing on where or whether it is shown.

OkCA and firms send account, deadline and — only where you have separately opted in — marketing messages by email or WhatsApp. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time from your account's Privacy page without affecting your other account or service communications.

OkCA may update these Terms from time to time; the date below reflects the latest revision. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For a complaint about OkCA itself, contact the Grievance Officer listed on About OkCA; for a complaint about a specific firm's service, use that firm's own grievance contact on its Legal page.
